Refund & Return Policy — Antelope E-Bikes
At Antelope E-Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and warranty service.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Returns must be requested within the applicable return window from the date of delivery or in-store purchase.
All returns must be approved by Antelope E-Bikes prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus any applicable:

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping & Restocking Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Large items such as e-bikes may be subject to restocking fees due to packaging, inspection, and handling costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Antelope E-Bikes immediately with:

We will work with you to determine whether the issue qualifies for repair, replacement, or return under warranty guidelines.
In-Store Purchases
Refunds and returns for in-store purchases are subject to the same condition requirements and must be approved by store management.
Bikes that have been ridden are not eligible for return.
Warranty Service
Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policies.
Warranty typically covers manufacturer defects in parts but may not cover:

Customers are responsible for transportation of bikes to and from the store for warranty service unless otherwise stated in writing.
