TOUR AND RENTAL REFUND POLICY

Need to change your reservation, no problem. Please give us a call and we can move the date or time for the reservation. All reservations require a 48 hr. notice for a full refund. For example if your reservation is scheduled on a Saturday you will need to call by 10 AM on Thursday to receive a full refund. Email cancellation will not be honored. Thank you!

ONLINE AND IN-PERSON ORDER REFUND POLICY

Antelope E-Bikes will accept the return or cancellation of an order under the following conditions:

Items that are purchased and cancelled before shipping are subject to a 10% processing fee.
E-bikes that are shipped may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the odometer has no miles on it and the bike shows no sign of use. Shipping is the responsiblitiy of the customer including any fees for shipping.
We are unable to accept any on return after 14 days of receipt.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Before a return is made, the customer must receive written approval of the return from Antelope E-Bikes. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of the company, a refund will not be issued. The customer who sends a unit back without consent will be responsible for shipping costs back to them or will sacrifice the item. Once a return is approved by Antelope E-Bikes, you may receive an exchange, company credit or a refund.

Good Quality, Solid Design

I've spent 5 hours or so on this bike and have been impressed with the quality of the build, and the solid feel of the bike. I was somewhat apprehensive of the rigidity of the Step Through for a heavier person (200 lbs), but so far I've not noticed any frame flex. The design seems to be good, and the fit and finish is good.
In the short amount of time I have ridden it, my only observation is that it seems the power assist is either full on, or full off. When I want to go as slow as 4 or 5 MPH, as soon as the power kicks in it pushes up to 10 MPH, even with an intensity setting of 1. Sometimes I want to go slow on narrow trails and the power assist kicks in, it turns into a exciting ride, faster than I'm ready for. I have used the throttle on very steep inclines, and it has been great to help this old guy get up the steep hills. I've turned the max speed setting down to 15 MPH max, because I just don't need to go fast on dirt trails like a youngster.
Overall I'm happy with my purchase. The bike is still new, though, we'll see how it fares over the long term with more time on the bike.

We are thrilled with our Obsidian ST step through e-bikes. We look forward with anticipation towards spring when we can enjoy scenic rides, picnics, and group treks together. Thank you antelope bikes for the kindness shown and the willingness to work with us. We are already referring others to you and we will be back to add more features to our small fleet of E-bikes…lol. A terrific bike!

We bought matching Basalt ST's and have had a blast riding them in southeastern Utah. They are a blast. The wide tires work well in the rough terrain in San Juan County. We haven't been able to take them on back country trails yet, but they have worked well on the highway and roads around Bluff, Utah. We are looking forward to getting some longer trips this spring.

Absolutely LOVE this bike!

I've had another ebike that served me well for 6+ years. But it was time for a new one. I did a TON of research and ended up with the Basalt. Couldn't be happier! It's comfortable, easy to handle for such a big bike, and has a batter life that easily lasts for a few days of riding. I smile every time I hop on!
