REFUND POLICY
TOUR AND RENTAL REFUND POLICY
Need to change your reservation, no problem. Please give us a call and we can move the date or time for the reservation. All reservations require a 48 hr. notice for a full refund. For example if your reservation is scheduled on a Saturday you will need to call by 10 AM on Thursday to receive a full refund. Email cancellation will not be honored. Thank you!
ONLINE AND IN-PERSON ORDER REFUND POLICY
Antelope E-Bikes will accept the return or cancellation of an order under the following conditions:
- Items that are purchased and cancelled before shipping are subject to a 10% processing fee.
- E-bikes that are shipped may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the odometer has no miles on it and the bike shows no sign of use. Shipping is the responsiblitiy of the customer including any fees for shipping.
- We are unable to accept any on return after 14 days of receipt.
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Before a return is made, the customer must receive written approval of the return from Antelope E-Bikes. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of the company, a refund will not be issued. The customer who sends a unit back without consent will be responsible for shipping costs back to them or will sacrifice the item. Once a return is approved by Antelope E-Bikes, you may receive an exchange, company credit or a refund.
