Return Policy

Please read carefully:

Need to change your reservation, no problem. Please give us a call and we can move the date or time for the reservation. All reservations require a 48 hr. notice for a full refund. For example if your reservation is scheduled on a Saturday you will need to call by 12 noon on Thursday to receive a full refund. Any cancelation inside 48 hr. Window will receive a 50% refund. Please call 801-317-8549. Email cancellation will not be honored. Thank you!

Antelope E-Bikes will accept the return or cancellation of an order under the following conditions:

  •  Items that are purchased and cancelled before shipping are subject to a 15% processing fee.
  •  E-bikes that are shipped may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the odometer has no miles on it and the bike shows no sign of use. If there are fewer than 10 miles on the bike it may be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, 25% of the purchase price is non-refundable and purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees.
  •  We are unable to accept products on return after 14 days of receipt. Evolve electric skateboards that have been used on smooth, clean surfaces and are still in as-new condition can be returned. Products operated in wet conditions are not eligible for return. If the item differs at all to the item that was sent, shows any signs of damage, customizing, or misuse you will be subject to a restocking fee.
  •  The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  •  Antelope E-Bikes will not accept the returns of products after 14 days.
  •  In the event of a product return, Antelope E-Bikes will not accept the return of promotional items associated with that sale. The MSRP value of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund.

Before a return is made, the customer must receive written approval of the return from Antelope E-Bikes. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of the company, a refund will not be issued. The customer who sends a unit back without consent will be responsible for shipping costs back to them or will sacrifice the item. Once a return is approved by Antelope E-Bikes, you may receive an exchange, company credit or a refund.
