FAQ

Do I need a license to ride Ebike?

  • Great news! You don’t need a license to ride an e-bike, so you can start enjoying your ride right away. However, it’s important to read the safety instructions carefully to ensure your safety during your journey. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the rules and laws in your state or the specific area where you plan to use your bike, as different places have varying regulations regarding what is allowed. For example, some locations may prohibit the use of a throttle system.

How do I charge my battery?

Please use the charger that came with your e-bike. You will find a charging port on the side of the battery compartment, both outside the bike and on the battery itself. This allows you to charge the battery either while it is on the bike or separately.

To charge the battery, plug the charger into this port. A green light will indicate that the battery is fully charged. If the charger shows a red light, the battery still needs to be charged.

If the charger does not show a green light after a long charging time, check the following:

1. Ensure the charger is securely plugged into the charging port.
2. Verify that the power source is functioning properly.
3. Inspect the charger and battery for any visible signs of damage.

The time it takes to fully charge the e-bike battery can vary depending on the battery’s capacity and the charger used. Generally, it can take several hours to fully charge.

How do I maintain my battery?

How do I clean my Ebike?

  • If you are cleaning your e-bike, we recommend that you remove the battery first. This will prevent any electrical damage to the battery or the e-bike. Once the battery is removed, you can clean your e-bike just like you would a regular bike. After you are finished cleaning, be sure to reinstall the battery.

How long do electric bike batteries last?

  • Battery cells are essential components that require regular charging and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity. To keep your battery in good condition, please connect it to a charger when the battery level drops to 50%. Make sure to allow it to complete a full charge cycle.
  • Additionally, it is crucial not to let your battery go without charging for more than two months. Extended periods without a charge can lead to decreased capacity and overall performance. By following these guidelines, you can help maintain the health of your battery and extend its lifespan. When the battery level drops to 50%, convert it to a charger and make sure to allow it to complete a full charge cycle.
